这是说，AKCMS已经安装过了，为了防止重复安装破坏原有数据，所以给出此错误提示。
如果你确定原来的数据没有用了，确实要重新安装AKCMS，请删除AKCMS目录/configs/install.lock这个文件，再重新安装即可。再次提醒：重装AKCMS会破坏原有数据，请慎重操作。
